Why didn't I receive my encoder
If you did not receive the email of confirmation of welcome of stream-music.net you have little chance to receive your parameters, because some email : yahoo hotmail gmail class in the spam .

Dont panic just connect on your stream music account and clic on your order , you can see your parameters and setup your encoder .

Contact the support , and we will resend you your parameters by a new Email or by chat .

Why am I disconnected automatically ?
If you do not send a stream “kbps” the server cuts the coder, take care has not to have more than 30 second of white in the stream.

You must Encode to the Url Eg XX..stream-music.net or XX2.stream-music.net or XX3..stream-music.net and not on the IP.

The Server Url is in your paramaters Email sent by Stream-music.net

It is necessary for you to send a file mp3 via Email to us to same the birate that your radio and will configure it for you.

My language is not in the list of Cast panel !
The most probable reasons for this are that is the administrator did not install your language on the panel, or that that is to say somebody did not translate this panel in your language yet.

That can be a saturation of your Memeory Ram or your line (Download uploading ..)

Do i need renew my server every month ?

No it is an automatic renew every month , you need renew only If your Recurring is failed

how i cancel my server ?

Just follow the step on http://stream-music.net/shipping.php , cancel your server in your account http://stream-music.net/account.php and your recurring on paypal or 2checkout .

If you have a dificulty to stop your recurring, contact the comercial support and we stop it for you ,

then you will not be invoiced any more .

How I can create a Link file for the players Winamp and windows media

For Shoutcast just create one link on you web page Eg : http://XX.stream-music.net:your_portbase/listen.pls

For Shoutcast just play your Raio in winamp click on "File" and select " save playlist " select the Pls or M3u playlist format or the both, save it , upload it on your server and crate a link on you web page

For Windows media create a new Txt file add at the first line " http://XX.stream-music.net:your_portbase " save it Eg : " My_ radio.txt " and rename it to " My_radio.wax "

upload this file on your server and link it on your Web page .
